Read the 12 accommodation terms
  1. This agreement is for one bed in a bi-seater sharing room for the selected plan and duration.
  2. The security deposit is refundable at check-out after clearance of all dues, provided there is no property damage.
  3. The registration fee is non-refundable and covers administrative and verification charges.
  4. Early departure does not entitle the resident to a rent refund. Extensions are charged under the applicable plan.
  5. Residents must follow residence rules, maintain cleanliness and respect other residents.
  6. Management may terminate the agreement for rule violations, non-payment or misconduct.
  7. Visitors are allowed only in designated areas with prior permission.
  8. Damage to furniture, fixtures or property will be deducted from the security deposit.
  9. Residents must keep their original CNIC/passport and updated contact information with management.
  10. Meals, laundry and other services, where applicable, are charged separately under the residence policy.
  11. This agreement is subject to the rules and policies of Monarch One Executive Residence.
  12. By accepting, the resident confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
